CASC Semiconductor is a dedicated 8-inch GaN power wafer foundry with in-house epitaxy and manufacturing process capabilities.
It offers design houses Turn-key services for both standard and customized GaN products (D-mode and E-mode). By fine-tuning process parameters to match customer application requirements, CASC helps significantly shorten product development time.
